Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at MyLongLegacy.com, where we curate timeless pieces of art, jewelry, tapestries, Persian rugs, dolls, and other unique antiques. We take pride in offering one-of-a-kind items, and we understand that buying antiques online requires confidence and trust.

Returns Window

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your item. Due to the nature of antique and collectible items, returns requested after 5 calendar days from delivery will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unaltered.

  • It must be returned with all original packaging, labels, and any included certificates.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items sold as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Any used, damaged, or altered items not due to our error

Initiating a Return

Please contact us within the 5-day window at returns@mylonglegacy.com to initiate your return. We’ll provide instructions and the return shipping address.

Important: Do not send items back without prior approval. Unapproved returns may be refused.

Shipping & Handling

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our inventory, exchanges are only possible if the item is defective and an exact replacement is available.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
